Common use of Training Differential Clause in Contracts

Training Differential. The Employer may designate Trainers from the bargaining unit who are assigned to train and orient new employees to their position, including policies, duties, and the facility. Trainers must be in good standing within their role. Once an employee has been assigned Trainer duties, the employee shall receive a differential of two ($2.00) dollars in addition to their regular wages, plus any other applicable differentials for all hours worked as a Trainer. The Employer will designate the number of hours assigned to the Trainer for training and orienting new employees.
