Common use of Training Fee Clause in Contracts

Training Fee. In addition to the Transfer Fee in SECTION 5.9 above, Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor a non-refundable Training Fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to cover the Franchisor's costs and expenses in providing the necessary training for the transferee of Franchisee.
