Training File Sample Clauses

A Training File clause defines the terms under which training materials, documents, or datasets are provided or used within an agreement. Typically, it specifies what constitutes a training file, who may access or use it, and any restrictions on its distribution or modification. For example, it may clarify whether the files can be used for internal employee training only or if they can be shared with third parties. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear boundaries and responsibilities regarding the use and handling of training resources, thereby protecting proprietary information and maintaining compliance with agreed-upon usage terms.
