Common use of Training Hours Clause in Contracts

Training Hours. An employee who must travel beyond the administrative boundaries of Montclair and its sphere of influence for required training shall be considered to be in paid status for a 10- hour workday if the training is scheduled for a minimum of 8 hours for each day of training, and the training occurs on a scheduled workday. This provision shall not apply to "voluntary" training.
