Training Methodologies. When developing training programs, the USMS will consider utilizing a variety of training methodologies conducive to adult learning and employ such techniques as appropriate.
Training Methodologies. The Contractor Training team shall use web-based and on-site training to meet the training needs of individual County Employees. Contractor Trainers shall use demonstration, question and answer, hands on activity, and process review to help County staff master the features and functionality of the system.
