Common use of TRAINING OF DISTRIBUTOR Clause in Contracts

TRAINING OF DISTRIBUTOR. As promptly as practicable after execution of the Agreement, Company shall transmit to Distributor information, materials, manuals and other technical documents necessary to enable Distributor to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension thereof, Company shall continue to give Distributor such technical assistance as Distributor may reasonably request. Distributor shall reimburse Company for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Company in providing technical assistance.

Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension thereof, Company shall continue to give Distributor such technical assistance as Distributor may reasonably request. Distributor shall reimburse Company for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Company in providing technical assistance.
