Common use of Training Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Training Reimbursement. The hours intended to be compensated and the reimbursement for travel and expenses should be established between the employee and the respective supervisor prior to the training. If not otherwise established, reimbursement and compensable hours shall be in accordance with current FLSA guidelines.
