TRAINING SERVICE. 11.1 Canon will provide to the Distributor free of charge a service training course for the number of service engineers Canon designates as appropriate for each Canon Product. 11.2 Canon will provide at its expense each service engineer who completes the relevant service training course with one service manual for that model of Canon Product.
TRAINING SERVICE. Upon the request of Licensee, Licensor agrees to permit employees of Licensee to attend and participate in management workshops and planning sessions, sales training sessions and other training sessions provided by Licensor to its own staff in the course of carrying on its CitySearch Information Service business (the "Training Services").
TRAINING SERVICE. The Training Services, where contracted for, shall consist of: 3.9.1. the provision to the Customer of attendance places at training sessions organised by AI to provide information on mailroom threats and radiation safety; 3.9.2. the provision to the Customer of adequate information about the proper use, testing and maintenance of the Equipment in accordance with regulation 32(2)(b) of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 at the time of the Equipment’s Critical Examination; 3.9.3. the use of best endeavours by AI to respond promptly, during Normal Working Hours, by telephone or in Writing, as appropriate, to any request by the Customer for information concerning the safety, application or use of the Equipment.
TRAINING SERVICE. If training service is not agreed upon explicitly in the Movilizer SaaS Order, training service will not be provided by Movilitas to Customer. If training service is agreed upon, the Movilizer training service provided by Movilitas as part of the Movilizer Support Service is defined as follows: Customer may attend any available online Movilitas training sessions in the use and operation of the Movilizer SaaS Service. Training sessions will be offered when updates, new versions, and new releases for the Movilizer SaaS Service are Generally Available. Movilitas will also make additional training available for various topic-specific items, as determined by Movilitas in its sole discretion.
TRAINING SERVICE. The Training Company will ensure that class start, break, and end times are honored and that the commitments and expectations made to students are met.
TRAINING SERVICE. 1.2.1. For purpose of developing and expanding Party A’s commercial business, Party A may, upon Party A’s skill and ability, request Party B to provide certain training services with the consent of Party B to Party A or third parties as required by Party A. 1.2.2. Details of the training service provided include: (i) Service: Organizing training, consulting training on products and services, and performing other jobs as agreed by Party A (if any);

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.

  • TESTING SERVICES DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times. The Student Policy and Information Guide may be found at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇/policy-guide, as well as in paper form when requested at the University Housing & Dining Services Administrative Offices.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).
