Common use of Transaction Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Transaction Confirmation. The Adhering Parties shall confirm the Economic Terms (as defined in paragraph 6 below) of each NDF Transaction in a confirmation (each such confirmation, a “Transaction Confirmation”).
