Common use of Transaction Confirmations Clause in Contracts

Transaction Confirmations. At any time and from time to time, Seller and B▇▇▇▇ may execute a transaction confirmation agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto (a “Transaction Confirmation”) pursuant to which Seller and Buyer shall enter into a forward purchase and sale transaction (a “Transaction”) on the terms set forth herein and in such Transaction Confirmation.
