Transaction Documents Sample Clauses

Transaction Documents. This Amendment is a Transaction Document executed pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement and shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.

Transaction Documents. The term "Transaction Documents" means, collectively, the LLC Agreement, (ii) the Securityholders Agreement and (iii) each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed in connection with the Merger Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby.

Transaction Documents. The Additional Originator hereby agrees that it shall be bound by all of the terms, conditions and provisions of, and shall be deemed to be a party to (as if it were an original signatory to), the Purchase and Sale Agreement and each of the other relevant Transaction Documents. From and after the later of the date hereof and the date that the Additional Originator has complied with all of the requirements of Section 4.3 of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Additional Originator shall be an Originator for all purposes of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and all other Transaction Documents. The Additional Originator hereby acknowledges that it has received copies of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.

Transaction Documents. Each of the parties to the Transaction Documents, other than the Investor, shall have executed and delivered such Transaction Documents to the Investor.

Transaction Documents. Participating Entity may require the use of its own forms to complete transactions directly with Supplier utilizing the terms established in this Agreement. Supplier’s standard form agreements may be offered as part of its Proposal. Supplier and Participating Entity may complete and document transactions utilizing any type of transaction documents as mutually agreed. In any transaction document entered utilizing this Agreement, Supplier and Participating Entity must include specific reference to this Master Agreement by number and to Participating Entity’s unique Sourcewell account number.

Transaction Documents. This Agreement and the Subordinated Notes (collectively, the “Transaction Documents”), each duly authorized and executed by Company.

Transaction Documents. Each Transaction Document will have been executed and delivered by the parties to the Transaction Document.
