Common use of Transaction Receipt Clause in Contracts

Transaction Receipt. Unless otherwise agreed, the Transaction Receipt shall record: the truncated card number and the expiry date of the Card; the date of the Transaction; the amount of the Transaction, including applicable taxes; the authorisation number, where applicable; the name, address and number of the outlet; the Cardholder's signature (if applicable) in case of Card Present Transactions; the words "Delayed Delivery" if it has been agreed with the Cardholder that the goods or services will not be dispatched or rendered on the date the Transaction is made.
