Transaction Records. You must: a) immediately provide ISXPay with your records, all information and assistance that ISXPay may reasonably require, relating to any Transactions; b) keep in a secure manner all Transaction records for at least 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods or services; and c) give ISXPay a clear and legible copy of any voucher or other Transaction record that ISXPay asks for (otherwise the Transaction may be charged back to you); and d) stop accepting Cards as and when notified to you by ISXPay.
