Common use of Transaction Request Clause in Contracts

Transaction Request. On or prior to (A) 3:00 p.m. (New York Time) on the related Purchase Date for Mortgage Loans that are not Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans and (B) 4:00 p.m. (New York time) on the related Purchase Date for Wet-Ink Mortgage Loans, Seller has delivered to Buyer (A) a Transaction Request; and (B) a Mortgage Loan Schedule.
