Common use of Transaction Request Clause in Contracts

Transaction Request. On or prior to the times set forth in the Customer Guide, on the related Purchase Date, Seller shall have delivered to Buyer a Transaction Request via the Warehouse Electronic System, and the pre-funding documents specified in the Customer Guide.
