Common use of Transactional Agreements Clause in Contracts

Transactional Agreements. Transactional Agreements" shall mean the Agreement, the Rights Agreement, the Employment and Non-Competition Agreement, the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, the PickAx Stockholders and PickAx Closing Certificates, Omnis Closing Certificate, and all other agreements, certificates and instruments executed or contemplated to be executed by any of the parties hereto in connection with the Transactions.
