Common use of Transactions Costs Clause in Contracts

Transactions Costs. Each Tenant agrees to pay on the date hereof all costs and expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with this Amendment, including, without limitation, all reasonable legal fees of Landlord's counsel and travel costs. Each Tenant shall pay its respective costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Amendment.
