Common use of Transactions Costs Clause in Contracts

Transactions Costs. Except as otherwise provided for herein, in the event of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, all costs of the Transaction incurred by Gareste, the SALICO Shareholders, PGM International and Etna, as the case may be, in connection with this Agreement and the Transaction, including legal fees, financial advisor fees and all disbursements by such parties and their advisors shall be born and paid by the party incurring the costs.
