The Unit Agent shall furnish the Company, the Transfer Agent or the Warrant Agent promptly when requested with a list of registered holders of Units for the purpose of mailing any notice or communication to the holders of the Senior PIK Preferred Stock or Warrants and at such other times as may be reasonably requested.
