Common use of Transfer Agent Certificate Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent Certificate. The Underwriters receiving a certificate from the Transfer Agent with respect to its appointment as transfer agent and registrar of the Subordinated Voting Shares and the number of Subordinated Voting Shares issued and outstanding as at the end of business on the date prior to the Closing Date.

Transfer Agent Certificate. The Underwriters receiving shall have received a certificate from the Transfer Agent with respect Agent: (i) as to its appointment as transfer agent and registrar of the Subordinated Voting Shares Common Shares; and (ii) as to the number of Subordinated Voting Shares issued and outstanding Common Shares as at the end close of business on the date day prior to the Closing Date, or such other date as the Underwriters may agree.
