Common use of Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets. For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and, for a period of one (1) year after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall furnish to the Representative at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acceptable to the Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets. For a period of three one (31) years year after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and, for a period of one (1) year after the date of this Agreement, the Company and shall furnish to the Representative at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Continental Securitize, LLC, formerly Pacific Stock Transfer & Trust Company Company, is acceptable to the Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

Continental Pacific Stock Transfer & Trust Company Transfer, Inc. is acceptable to the Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

Continental American Stock Transfer & Trust Company is Company, LLCis acceptable to the Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.
