Common use of Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets. For a period of five (5) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representatives (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representatives at the Representative’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representatives may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Transhare Corporation is acceptable to the Representatives to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets. For a period of five one (51) years year after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representatives Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representatives Representative at the RepresentativeCompany’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Transhare Corporation Securitize, LLC, formerly Pacific Stock Transfer Company, is acceptable to the Representatives Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

Transhare Corporation Computershare Trust Company, N.A. is acceptable to the Representatives Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

For a period of five one (51) years year after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representatives (the “Transfer Agent”) Representative and shall furnish to the Representatives Representative at the RepresentativeCompany’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of such transfer agent and DTC. Transhare Corporation VStock Transfer LLC is acceptable to the Representatives Underwriter to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

For a period of five two (52) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representatives Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representatives Representative at the RepresentativeCompany’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Transhare Corporation Computershare Investor Services Inc. is acceptable to the Representatives Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common StockShares.

Transhare Corporation Computershare Trust Company, N.A., is acceptable to the Representatives Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common StockAgent.
