Common use of Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets. For a period of one (1) year after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representatives (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representatives at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representatives may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Transhare Corporation is acceptable to the Representatives to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common Stock.

For a period of one two (12) year years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representatives Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representatives Representative at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. Transhare Corporation Odyssey Trust Company is acceptable to the Representatives Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Common StockShares.
