Common use of Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent; Transfer Sheets. For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representative at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. is acceptable to the Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Class B Common Stock.

West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. is acceptable to the Representative Representatives to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Class B Common Stock.

The Company may utilize the services of a different Transfer Agent in its sole discretion in the future.

For a period of three one (31) years year after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall continue to retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representative (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representative at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representative may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. is acceptable to the Representative to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Class B Common Stock.

For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representative Placement Agent (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representative Placement Agent at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representative Placement Agent may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. is acceptable to the Representative Placement Agent to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Class B Common Stock.

For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain a transfer agent and registrar acceptable to the Representative Underwriter (the “Transfer Agent”) and shall furnish to the Representative Underwriter at the Company’s sole cost and expense such transfer sheets of the Company’s securities as the Representative Underwriter may reasonably request, including the daily and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the Transfer Agent and DTC. West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. is acceptable to the Representative Underwriter to act as Transfer Agent for the shares of Class B Common Stock.
