A beneficial interest in a (x) Global 2022 Security may not be exchanged for a Definitive 2022 Security and (y) Global 2025 Security may not be exchanged for a Definitive 2025 Security except, in each case, under the circumstances described in Section 2.06(a). A beneficial interest in a (x) Global 2022 Security may not be transferred to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Definitive 2022 Security and (y) Global 2025 Security may not be transferred to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Definitive 2025 Security except, in each case, under the circumstances described in Section 2.06(a).
