Transfer and Rotation of Personnel. 1. For any open position for persons of Patrol Officer rank, a job description will be posted. 2. Officers interested in the position shall submit a letter of interest within the time frame requested on the posting. 3. Officers must have a least three (3) years of seniority with this department to apply, unless no one with three (3) years seniority applies. 4. Officers must be willing to give a commitment of one to three years, depending upon the need for the position. 5. Seniority will be considered as a factor toward appointment to the position. 6. Any officer not selected will receive an explanation regarding why they were not selected. 7. An officer transferred into any position can be removed from that position for valid reasons. 8. A review of the officer in any position will be conducted each year. The officer can be removed at that time for valid reasons and be replaced, or at any time thereafter. 9. The department may extend an officer’s time in the position by mutual agreement. 10. The positions included are: Identity Fraud Task Force, Net, Directed Patrol Unit, School Liaison Officer, Crime Prevention Officer and Court Officer.

  • Assignment of Personnel The Contractor shall not substitute any personnel for those specifically named in its proposal unless personnel with substantially equal or better qualifications and experience are provided, acceptable to County, as is evidenced in writing.

  • Transfer of Personal Data The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the RSUs awarded under this Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

  • Transfers of Personal Data Oracle may store or transfer Your Content on a global basis as necessary for the Purpose(s). Oracle and its affiliates may perform certain aspects of the Services (e.g., administration, maintenance, support, disaster recovery, data processing, etc.) from locations and through subcontractors, worldwide. Data transfers are made subject to the terms of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for Controllers (“Clauses”) if: (a) You (or Your data partner) share, use, or process Personal Data under this Agreement; and (b) such data transfer is: (i) subject to any restrictions or requirements under Directive 95/46/EC or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation); and (ii) made to countries, jurisdictions or recipients outside the EEA or Switzerland not recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC or General Data Protection Regulation. You and Oracle agree that incorporation of the Clauses into this Agreement acts as a legally-binding execution of the Clauses as entered into between Oracle (acting in its own name and in the name and on behalf of the Oracle affiliates) and You (acting in Your own name and in the name and on behalf of Your affiliates).

  • Entry and Sojourn of Personnel A Contracting Party shall, subject to its laws applicable from time to time relating to the entry and sojourn of non-citizens, permit natural persons of the other Contracting Party and personnel employed by companies of the other Contracting Party to enter and remain in its territory for the purpose of engaging in activities connected with investments.

  • Removal of Personnel The CONSULTANT agrees, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a written request from the COUNTY, to promptly remove and replace the CONSULTANT'S Project Director, or any other personnel employed or retained by the CONSULTANT, or personnel of the sub-consultants or subcontractors engaged by the CONSULTANT to provide and/or perform services and/or work pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement, who the COUNTY shall request, in writing, be removed, which request may be made by the COUNTY with or without cause. However, if day thirty (30) falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Lee County recognized holiday, the deadline shall fall to the next Monday or non-Lee County recognized holiday.
