Common use of Transfer by Franchisor Clause in Contracts

Transfer by Franchisor. This Agreement and all the rights and obligations of the Franchisor hereunder may be assigned, transferred or otherwise dealt with by the Franchisor and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Franchisor. If required by the Franchisor, the Franchisee and the Individual shall do all such things as the Franchisor shall reasonably require to effect such a transfer.

Transfer by Franchisor. This Agreement and any or all the of Franchisor's rights and obligations of the Franchisor hereunder may be assigned, transferred or otherwise dealt with are fully transferable by the Franchisor and shall inure to the benefit of any transferee or other legal successor to the successors interests of Franchisor herein.
