TRANSFER BY THE SECURITY TRUSTEE Clause Samples

The 'TRANSFER BY THE SECURITY TRUSTEE' clause defines the authority and process by which the security trustee may transfer its rights, obligations, or interests under the agreement to another party. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which such a transfer can occur, such as requiring notice to the other parties or ensuring the transferee meets certain qualifications. Its core function is to provide flexibility in the administration of the security arrangements, ensuring continuity and proper management even if the original trustee can no longer act, thereby minimizing disruption and maintaining the integrity of the security structure.
TRANSFER BY THE SECURITY TRUSTEE. The Security Trustee may assign its rights under this Agreement to any successor security trustee under the Funding 1 Deed of Charge.
TRANSFER BY THE SECURITY TRUSTEE. The Security Trustee may at any time assign or otherwise transfer all or any part of its rights under this Agreement to any successor appointed in accordance with the Note Documents. The Company shall, promptly upon a request from the Security Trustee and to the extent commercially reasonable, enter into such documents and do all such acts as may be necessary or desirable to effect such an assignment or transfer.
TRANSFER BY THE SECURITY TRUSTEE. The Security Trustee may transfer its rights under or in connection with this Deed to the same extent as it may transfer its rights under the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
