Transfer Documentation. If the Lessor shall acquire the Lessee’s Improvements or any subset thereof by purchase pursuant to Section 14.3 or by abandonment pursuant to Section 14.4(a), the Lessee shall execute and deliver to the Lessor such deeds, discharges of any claims or Security Interests arising by, through or under the Lessee or other documents in recordable form that the Lessor may reasonably require in order to transfer title to the same to the Lessor.
