Common use of Transfer Documents Clause in Contracts

Transfer Documents. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer customary bills of sale, deeds, assignments and other instruments of transfer sufficient to convey good and marketable title to the Assets in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
