Transfer during working hours. (a) An Employee transferred from one site to another during working hours will be paid for the time occupied in travelling and, unless transported by the Employer, must be paid reasonable cost of fares by the most convenient public transport between such sites. (b) Provided that where an Employee agrees to the Employer’s request to use the Employee’s own car for such a transfer, the Employee must be paid an allowance at the rate of $0.95 per kilometre.
Transfer during working hours. 7.4.1 As required by the Company employees will start and cease work on the job at the required commencing and finishing times within which ordinary hours may be worked and will transfer from site to site as directed by the Company. 7.4.2 An employee or employees transferred from one site to another site during working hours will be paid for the time occupied in travelling and, unless transported by the Company, will be required to use their own vehicle to effect such a transfer and for such use will be paid an allowance of 77 cents per kilometre.

An employee or employees who use their own vehicle to transfer from one job to another job will be paid an allowance at the rate of 75 cents per kilometre.

Transfer during working hours. 7.1.8.1 Where an Employee is required by the Employer to travel to another worksite or to a supplier/client during the course of their daily engagement the Employee, except where transport is provided by the Employer to and from such worksite and all time spent in such travel will be regarded as time worked Employees must use the shortest kilometre of transport route. 7.1.8.2 Where the Employer requests an Employee to use their own car to affect such transfer and such Employee agrees to do so the Employee will be paid an allowance at the rate of $0.92 cents per kilometre based on the shortest kilometre of travel route. The Employee must record the kilometres travelled on their timesheet to ensure accurate facilitation of payment.
Transfer during working hours. (a) An employee shall transfer from site to site as directed by the Employer. If required to use their own vehicle in such transfer or in the course of their work, the Employee shall receive payment at the rate of $0.91 per kilometre.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours Solicitation of Union membership or collection or checking of dues will not be conducted during working hours. The Company agrees not to discriminate in any way against any employee for Union activity, but such activity shall not be carried on during working hours except as specifically allowed by the provisions of this agreement.

  • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.

  • Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00
