Transfer Features Sample Clauses

The 'Transfer Features' clause defines the conditions and mechanisms by which certain rights, obligations, or assets under the agreement may be transferred from one party to another. Typically, this clause outlines what can be transferred, any restrictions or approvals required, and the process for effecting such a transfer—for example, specifying whether written consent is needed or if only specific features like licenses or payment rights are transferable. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and control over the movement of contractual features, thereby preventing unauthorized transfers and ensuring all parties understand the limits and procedures for transferring interests under the contract.
