Common use of Transfer from us Clause in Contracts

Transfer from us. (i) If you transfer a Service to another supplier, you must pay our Charges that accrue before completion of the transfer. (ii) If you transfer a Service to another supplier before the end of any minimum term or fixed term, Early Termination Fees apply – see clause 75.
