Transfer of Beneficial Interests to Another Restricted Global Security. A beneficial interest in any Restricted Global Security of a series may be transferred to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in another Restricted Global Security of the same series if the transfer complies with the requirements of Section 2.05(d)(2) and the Security Registrar receives a completed certificate in the form of Exhibit A.

A beneficial interest in any Restricted Global Security of a series may be transferred to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in another Restricted Global Security of the same series if the transfer complies with the requirements of Section 2.05(d)(22.05(d)(ii) and the Security Registrar receives a completed certificate in the form of Exhibit A.
