Common use of Transfer of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Global Note. A Global Note may not be transferred, in whole or in part, to any Person other than the Depositary or a nominee or any successor thereof, and no such transfer to any such other Person may be registered; provided that this clause (i) shall not prohibit any transfer of a Note that is issued in exchange for a Global Note but is not itself a Global Note. No transfer of a Note to any Person shall be effective under this Indenture or the Notes unless and until such Note has been registered in the name of such Person. Nothing in this Section 2.12(a)(i) shall prohibit or render ineffective any transfer of a beneficial interest in a Global Note effected in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 2.12(a).

Transfer of Global Note. No transfer of a Senior Secured Note to any Person shall be effective under this Indenture or the Senior Secured Notes unless and until such Senior Secured Note has been registered in the name of such Person. Nothing in this Section 2.12(a)(i) 2.07 shall prohibit or render ineffective any transfer of a beneficial interest in a Global Note effected in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 2.12(a2.07(c)(v).

Transfer of Global Note. Nothing in this Section 2.12(a)(i) shall prohibit or render ineffective any transfer of a beneficial interest in a Global Note effected in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 2.12(a)2.6.

Nothing in this Section 2.12(a)(i3.07(c)(i) shall prohibit or render ineffective any transfer of a beneficial interest in a Global Note effected in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 2.12(a)3.07.
