Transfer of Intellectual Property. In the event Buyer transfers or pledges to any person, ownership of the Purchased Assets, or any part thereof, the license granted in Article 6.6.1 may be extended to such transferee or lender subject to outstanding obligations to third parties and subject to an assumption in writing of all relevant duties and obligations under the applicable portions of this Agreement.
