Transfer of ownership and risk. Unless specifically stipulated otherwise in writing, the transfer of ownership of supplies is carried out in accordance with the rules of the Spanish Civil Code. The risks relating to the ordered supplies shall be transferred to the Purchaser at the time of delivery. Any provision regarding the retention of title shall only be enforceable against the Purchaser upon prior express agreement in writing.
