Common use of Transfer of Production Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Production. If Pfizer becomes subject to an event of force majeure which interferes with production of Product at the Facility, the Parties will mutually agree on implementation of an agreed-upon action plan to transfer production of Product to another Pfizer manufacturing facility. The Parties will, after the execution of this Agreement and at the request of either Party, meet to discuss and define such an action plan.
