Common use of Transfer of Production Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Production. If Manufacturer becomes subject to a Force Majeure event which prevents or substantially interferes with manufacture of the Products at Manufacturer’s manufacturing facility, the Parties shall mutually agree on implementation of an agreed-upon action plan to transfer production of the Products to another Manufacturer facility or another manufacturer. The Parties shall, after the execution of this Agreement and at the request of either Party, meet to discuss and define such an action plan.
