Transfer of Responsibilities. This RIA Agreement is personal to the Grantee and shall not inure to the successors or assigns of the Grantee without the written approval of the Department. The Department must approve any assignment or transfer of responsibilities of the Grantee set forth in this RIA Agreement to other entities.
