Common use of Transfer of Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Responsibilities. After Notice of Resignation or Termination, Employee shall cooperate with the City, as requested by the City, to effect a transition of Employee’s responsibilities and duties and to ensure that the City is aware of all matters being handled by Employee.
