Common use of Transfer of Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Responsibility. 31.1 In the event that a different organisation is required to take over the Services at the expiry or termination of the Contract, the Contractor shall co-operate in the transfer under arrangements to be notified to him by the Home Office. 31.2 The transfer shall be arranged between the Home Office and the Contractor so as to reduce to a minimum any interruption in the Services.
