Transfer of Security Deposit. Tenant hereby agrees not to look to any mortgagee as mortgagee, mortgagee in possession, or successor in title to the Building for accountability for any security deposit required by Landlord hereunder, unless said sums have actually been received by said mortgagee as security for Tenant’s performance of this Lease.
