Transfer of Services to Clause Samples

The "Transfer of Services to" clause defines the conditions and procedures under which services provided under an agreement may be transferred from one party to another. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for notification, consent, and any necessary approvals before such a transfer can occur, and may specify whether the original provider remains liable after the transfer. Its core function is to ensure continuity and clarity in service provision while managing the risks and responsibilities associated with changing service providers.
