Common use of Transfer of Tangible Property Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Tangible Property. Except as may be limited by Paragraph 3. below, Donor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably donates, gives, conveys, and transfers to the Library all of Donor’s right, title and interest to the tangible property constituting the Materials, and the Library hereby accepts such donation. Title to the Materials shall pass to the Library upon acknowledgement of receipt by the Library.
