Common use of Transfer of Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Telephone Numbers. Purchaser and Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts for the transfer of the telephone numbers and listings associated with the Businesses to Purchaser effective as of the Closing. Purchaser and Seller agree that as to the telephone number ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Purchaser and Seller may both use such telephone number for a period of six (6) months from the Closing Date and Seller agrees that it will not delete references on the ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ telephone number recording to the Businesses being acquired by Purchaser hereunder for such six month period without the prior consent of the Purchaser and Seller will forward calls for the Businesses for a period of not less than six (6) months following the Closing date. After the six (6) months following the Closing Date the telephone number ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ shall become the sole and exclusive property of Seller and Purchaser shall have no further rights therein.
