Transfer of the Building Sample Clauses

The 'Transfer of the Building' clause defines the process and conditions under which ownership or possession of a building is formally handed over from one party to another, typically from a seller or developer to a buyer. This clause usually specifies the timing of the transfer, any required documentation, and the state in which the building must be delivered, such as completion of construction or compliance with regulatory approvals. Its core practical function is to ensure a clear and legally recognized change of ownership, thereby protecting both parties' interests and preventing disputes regarding the building's status or condition at the time of transfer.
