Common use of TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. (a) Owner agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may transfer this Agreement to another broker when or if: 1. Broker stops doing business, OR 2. Broker forms a new real estate business, OR 3. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ joins ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s business with another. (b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will notify Owner immediately in writing if Broker transfers this Agreement to another broker. Owner will follow all requirements of this Agreement with the new broker.

TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. (a) Owner 80 ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may transfer this Agreement Contract to another broker when or ifwhen: 81 (1. ) Broker stops doing business, OR OR 82 (2. ) Broker forms a new real estate business, OR OR 83 (3. ) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ joins ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s his business with another. (b) . 84 Broker will notify Buyer immediately in writing if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will notify Owner immediately in writing if Broker transfers this Agreement Contract to another broker. Owner Buyer will follow all 85 requirements of this Agreement Contract with the new broker.
