The Client understands that some of these third parties or agents may be located outside of Alberta or Canada, and Client information (including personal information) may be transferred or processed outside of Alberta or Canada for these purposes. Personal information held with a third party or agent in another province or country is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be collected, used or disclosed without Client knowledge or consent where required or permitted by law.
