Common use of Transfer Protocol Clause in Contracts

Transfer Protocol. The KYSTATS and the Authorized Representative shall work cooperatively to determine the proper medium and method for the transfer of confidential data between each other. The Authorized Representative shall confirm the transfer of confidential data and notify the KYSTATS as soon as practicable of any discrepancies between the actual data transferred and the data described in this Agreement. The same protocol shall apply to any transfer of confidential data from the Authorized Representative to the KYSTATS.
